Retail thefts

Theft incidents were concentrated along Highway 111 and other commercial corridors, with deputies arresting eight individuals across five separate incidents.

  • Jan. 1: A 40-year-old male from Indio was arrested for theft at a business near the 72000 block of Highway 111.

  • Jan. 2: A 20-year-old male from Cathedral City and a 22-year-old female from Cathedral City were arrested for theft at a business near the 72000 block of Highway 111.
